Domain Transfer

So, I'm about to buy a site which is being hosted here, and also the domain was registered with hostultra. However, I want to transfer the domain to a different registrar because I like to have all my domains organized in just one account. I have read on many reviews about you that you don't allow domain transfer, even though there's nothing about this in your Terms of Service. So... what's the truth?

The owner of the account must make a request in our support tickets area.
