Little money for referring people, and quite frankly I don't know anyone that would want to PAY for hosting here.

I mean lets be honest. There's little or no support, I've had problems for a week now.

I'd refer them to places that actually had a phone #, contact page (with real e-mail addresses or phone #s) and some gurantee of something working.

Now that would be nice.

No server has been down for a week, if you have problems you should login to the support center.

Just because a place has a phone number dose not mean they are better, and the same with an email address. If hostultra gave out their email address on their website they would have thousands of support requests from the free hosting users and would not have time for the paid members, that is why there is not an email listed. Login to the support system and submit a ticket, then they will email you back.

Hey Tyler, that's nice and all, but you see that little ticket system doesn't exactly work for me.

I've tried 3 different browsers, (Camino, Safari, and IE (OS X)) and 2 different connections (56k and DSL 1.5mpbs) and everytime I do try and request support it times out.

I don't care if this place does offer free hosting, that's not the point, I and other people here PAY MONEY for right now NOTHING.

Maybe if someone in charge would respond to my support request and if the ticket system worked on macs I wouldn't have to waste time in here grasping for straws.

I was referred by a friend who is hosted by you guys. He told me the service was awesome but customer service sucks. I found out my self how bad the customer service is within 48 hours. Too bad i signed up for a year rather than month 2 month.

Oh well, what info do i tell my friend so he can recieve his 15% off?

He would have to have been an affiliate before you signed up, and you would have to have signed up via his link. If you didnt, then it is too late.

Whats with all this bad customer service stuff every time iv had a problem it has been sorted within a day if not sooner. i Have one problem at the moment but that nothing to do with hostultra it my dam uni blockin the server port so i cant log into update my site.

(Wouldnt suppose there a diff way do this?)

There are very few people who think they get bad customer service, but the ones that do usually have gone to the wrong area to get help. Like paid customers going to the free hosting forums, they dont get the correct help becuase the free and paid hosting servers are completely diffrent and free hosting doesnt get and support except from the community. Host Ultra provides GREAT support... Instant Messanger support chat. And a ticket area with response times in 1 hour or less.

Your support isn't all that great. Its good, but not great. I'm not saying anything bad about your hosting, I'll still use it for years to come, but your support is really your weak spot.

Since the company we were going through is no longer accepting new publishers we have developed a new program for our paid hosting members, check it our in your control panel if your on paid hosting.

I guess this is a ploy ? but well i will try it out btw is it fine that i get money via paypal? i have a account in there :-) $1 USD is not bad would have been better with a $4 USD payout is that possible i have many whom i can refer to.
